Bakery Story for Android

I used to enjoy playing this app when I was a child. Now it’s just too broken for enjoyment. This app makes it unnecessarily difficult to design your bakery when you don’t have friends. If you want cool ovens or drink machines you’ll have to get help from your friends, if you want to expand, you’ll need more neighbors? These features are absolutely ridiculous and useless to the main gameplay. And the fact that not many people play this game anymore, and active players you can find in the community don’t have visible StormIDs makes it even more difficult. I absolutely hate games that require you to make friends or interact with people to unlock certain features. Sometimes we just like to play alone! There’s also a bug in the game where buying and placing down an item will make it disappear, having you buy it again. This glitch has caused me a ton of problems and it needs to be fixed! Another infamous aspect of the game is expired food. This game is supposed to be ‘relaxing and even-paced’ so why does your food expire? It’s a useless feature, especially since you have to spend FIVE GEMS to recover expired food! Everything in this game is unnecessarily expensive, and the fact that you barely get gems from spending money is just ridiculous. Another thing I hate about this game is the ads. Literally what’s the point in showing a ton of pop-ups at the start when people can just manually select them if they’re interested. Advertisements were just supposed to be promotions to interest people, now they’re just irrelevant money makers and IMPOSSIBLE to get around. I’ll tell you what, Storm8. Your games are total milktea (slang for boring and generic) and just bland copies of other original games. Bakery story and Restaurant story are your only games that actually have good potential but too bad it’s completely wasted. Completely.

I really like this game. HoweverI have a few notes: 📝I’d like to be able to customize my cashier & avatar 📝I would like to have waiters (not statues) 📝I would really like for the statues to have a movement cycle—it would bring more life to the game. 📝I’d like to be able to customize prices (which could potentially have an effect on the number of customers per minute) 📝it would be really cool if characters walked into your store when their quests came up. 📝I would like to be able to “deny” and “accept” certain quests—like ad quests or limited time quests.

Every time I come back into the game, it says I’ve earned x amount of coins, but I don’t even have as many as I had when I left the game last.

This game was enjoyable years ago. But whoever owns it now just allows an infestation of popup ads and popup video ads. Click to make something, hey here’s an Ad! Click to serve something, hey here’s a video ad! Open the app, try this popup, close, now try this popup, close, now try this pop up. This game is trash now unfortunately.
