The meditation is helpful but there’s only ONE

I cannot believe they charge $3 for one meditation. I wish I had known. Don’t waste your money; you can YouTube meditations for free. The one meditation is great but it’s weird; it has a glitch at the end which totally yanks you out of your relaxed state. I still wonder if I’m missing something and am just doing something wrong? This seems bizarre/ a rip off. I feel duped.

I second what another reviewer said...there’s only one 17min mediation and nothing else! Is that it?!

A nice meditation, but it’s only one

One meditation for $3...basically the same thing over and over. I just think the app should offer more, and the “reminder” chime doesn’t ever chime. To those that think that this meditation tricks your mind into not drinking, it’s not so. You have to actually try to control yourself. It’s a process not an on/off switch.
