Goodreads for Android

Great way to organize book titles! I love reading and this app also gives you suggested books based on reviews and what I’ve read already!

I love this app, but it glitches CONSTANTLY. Issue with linking and updating with kindle, books you’ve read will be marked unread and you won’t be able to see your highlights, erases dates read. If they’d just get all these issues fixed the app would be great.

I use goodreads on a daily basis and overall it is an amazing FREE platform that allows book lovers to come together and enjoy the books they love. With the progression of social media and with Amazon owning goodreads it would be nice to see some updates such as: 1. Ability to search platform by publisher and sort bookshelves by publisher. 2. Ability to track audiobooks AND written books without it appearing as duplicates. 3. Ability to see friends in feed w/o extra clutter. 4. More options to personalize our profiles 5. Ability to cross-link with Netgalley for those of us who review galleys. 6. Ability to chat with fellow readers, have actual book club live discussions. 7. A way to export your book shelf to spreadsheet. Either way I will continue to use goodreads but adding a few updates will make the lives of reviewers a tad easier.

If Goodreads has 100 users, I am one of them. If Goodreads has 10 users, I am one of them. If Goodreads has 1 user, I am the only one. If Goodreads has 0 users, I am no longer on this earth.

Great except it’s a bit faulty/ glitchy and slow. Website improvements would resolve these issues because I love the concept and it’s a great app with lots of resources and etc! The app honestly motivates me to read!! Also has sooo many books in the catalog that I’ve rarely looked up a book and not found it in GoodReads. I think the mobile version isn’t as good as the computer version, but a simple change to formatting could also fix this!
