TigerConnect for Android

Since the last update, Tiger Text app now works fully on my Google Watch Pro. I am able to view all my different texts/groups and reply all of them! Great app for Hospice employees keeping patient and family info private. Thanks Dev Team!

App runs constantly in the background. Every minute, every day.

Good lord the notifications are absurd. Unread messages generate a phone notification every 2 minutes. Why is this not customizable like every other functional messaging app on Google or android? At this point it's starting to create alarm fatigue where I ignore the notifications half the time because they are so frequent that it's distracting during patient care. You can mute notifications completely, but that's also not reasonable when you're expecting a response from a doctor or nurse. One notification every 5-10 minutes for an unread message is perfectly acceptable. Making the notifications customizable is always prefered so the end-user can set up the app how they want it.

Constantly interrupts audio on CarPlay. Forcing closed the application fixes the problem

Have you ever been on the receiving end of the “urgent” notification while it’s over your Wi-Fi and you’re driving or when you’re home sick and sound asleep? It’s like the zombie apocalypse is happening!! I nearly got in a car accident with that Armageddon over my speakers. Furthermore, when management of a company uses that urgent alert for a frivolous work meeting, it can elevate a person to a whole new level of rage. That URGENT notification sound has me hating on your product to a level where I may need therapy.
