Non-Working or Improperly Working Cameras. No Longer Able To Control My Thermostat.

The Cameras Either Record Partially or Not At All. Ex: Record Movement Towards but Not Away From The House, and Vise Versa. Doesn’t Record At All. Begin Recording But Stop, May Continue Within The 30 Sec. Thermostat: I Am No Longer Able To Control My Thermostat From My Phone. Several Techs Have Come To Resolve These Situations. The Situations Still Exist. Actually I Was Able To Operate My Thermostat From My Phone Before These Techs Started This Negative Results Parade. A Grandson Has To Adjust His Work Schedule In Order For The Tech To Get In. I Have To Make Adjustments Also. Please Let This Be The Last Time I Have To Call Or Say Anything About These OLD Concerns. ADP Pulse offline always. Garbage tech!

I go through all resets and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Over past 3 years, pulse ap online maybe 10% of time. Call their IT and doesn’t help. Horrible.

Not Dependable

This app only works 50% of the time. When it doesn’t work I can’t control any of the features on the app. This app is very frustrating and undependable.
