I used to love this app! Huge problem!

So this app was everything that I could dream of. I bought it for multiple devices and my kids loved it! It changed the way things worked in my house. However on my Mobile it won’t sync. The last sync it had was May 2020! I have tried the password reset many many times but it never sends an email! I have emailed support and gotten no response and begged for help through reviews! PLEASE HELP!
