Macy's for Android

I’ve been having issues viewing my cart. After spending time finding the “perfect “ outfits, as soon as it’s time to view my cart? NOTHING. This has happened several times no matter which of my devices I’m using. No incentive to keep using the Macys app, I’d rather go elsewhere for a seamless online shopping experience.

You would think for a MAJOR retailer they would have a functioning app that works efficiently and properly. For years without fail, I cannot shop on this app without something glitching. Either it will not allow me to add something to cart, accept my payment method, apply coupons, or my biggest pet peeve remove something from the cart. I have to shop through the app and then at whatever point something fails me and I get the error message saying “hmmm we are having technical difficulties” I have to switch to a mobile browser, then continue what I was doing and usually that works without fail. That is how I am sure it’s specifically the app and not the entire website. Definitely discouraging me from shopping there more often for sure.

For some odd reason I haven’t been able to access the app in a bit. I tried my regular computer since I kept getting a message about my password. The computer worked perfectly. I tried to even change my password on the App and got an access denied message. What’s even weirder is even if I try to access the App without logging in is I’m still getting the Access Denied message

The purpose of a store application is to shop online. The new update does not allow to buy anything. Wasted time trying. It’ve been a week and no update to correct the “BUG”.
