Bring back the old version

This is too clunky. Making a report is too difficult and it’s something I’m no longer willing to do

New version useless

What have you done to this app?? When you look at reports now on the map, it shows everything “open” from the last 11+ years and there is no way to filter it. Completely useless now.

Not effective

Cases are not actually dealt with. I have reported the same car for illegal parking out front and it has sat there all day long 8+ hours until the person left on their own. The case still says “open” but I don’t know why they offer this app if they don’t follow up.

New version is a step back

New version is less effective. Takes more clicks to report the same info. The mapping is broken. Lack of ability to see if an issue has already been reported is a missed opportunity.

311 Makes our City Better!

Downloaded the app after seeing a needle in a park. Easy to navigate report options and call in. Within an hour a 311 agent was there and informed me they got the needle Very proud that the city has this service
