I have been using Footsteps app for years. A great way to keep up with my daily walk. It stopped keeping track of my steps as it would go to pause and not start up again. I deleted the app and now I have downloaded it again. I lost all of my data but I wasn’t getting credit for my steps. I hope it works better this time.

Used to be excellent

The app was the best when I first got it. It declined after updates: it always pauses automatically. You have to constantly check and see if it’s in active mode. I don’t understand why there is a run mode; its very inaccurate. It’s better to use walk mode at all times. Also, if you use a video app like YouTube, this app works slow and misses steps. Hopefully these can be fixed!!!
