AudioTools for Android

Useful and so far as tested, very accurate. Learning curve is quick, even amateurs can use this. I do wish you could add “favorites” to the homepage of the app; I cannot be alone in that I use 3 of the tools most often, 1 occasionally and the rest not at all; would be great to access them with less click fatigue.

Really not that accurate even when paired with a good mic. You pay $20 for minimal version of SOME the required apps. Want the whole package? It’s like $400 to unlock everything. For that price you can buy a small tablet PC and use REW which is FAR better than this inaccurate garbage. Save the headache and save the money. Avoid!

Upgraded my Android to a 13 Pro. Andrew sent me a link within minutes that got all my AudioTools apps back up and running at the click of my finger! Hats off to the best support in the Biz!! Dave

My first audio analyzer purchase (1979) was an Ivie IE-10A handheld octave band analyzer and IE-20 pink noise generator. The cost was $918.75. That was a lot of money to me, for a tool that has a small fraction of the utility of base AudioTools. Since then, I’ve spent many thousands of dollars on hardware TEF20, Sencore SP395 (fully unlocked), NTI audio products, as well as all upgrades of Smaart starting from version 1 to 8. My relatively small investment In AudioTools, iTestMic2, and iAudioPre2 deliver the utility and functionality and portability, replacing dedicated hardware and software for most of my measurement needs. I’ve taken advantage of Studio6Digital’s holiday sale to purchase the entire suite of tools, and appreciate their attention to addressing bugs, upgrades, and new features. I consider AudioTools an essential and indispensable tool for my audio work. Thanks!
