Easy

The app is very convenient. Because over the phone, if you call for service you have to wait for the call to go through to the transportation service that can add up to about a 15 minute wait on the phone.

Great but could be better

I really like the app. Only a couple things I wish were different. I wish that addresses that you regularly use were somehow saved better like a contact list. I wish that the distance in miles was shown. I wish there was a way to show which trips had been paid for gas reimbursement.I wish you could schedule trips further out preventing you from forgetting to schedule. I wish there was a way to contact support agents by chat msg. I wish there was a better way to amend your trips, especially same day or next day. A calendar style view of trips scheduled would be nice as well.
