Landing for Android

Unfortunately, as much as I love the concept and community on Landing, the app overwhelms all of my devices. The app keeps crashing, which aside from being inconvenient has begun to seriously affect the quality of my devices (Android 14 & Mobile 2). Using the app caused my phone & Mobile to overheat and malfunction to extreme levels (lag, unresponsive, etc.). I’m so sad to leave Landing but I’m too concerned about the long term health of my devices :(

I downloaded Landing a few weeks ago after being recommended the app by a friend. Since then, I’ve enjoyed it greatly. Creating boards, selecting images, and navigating spaces have all been very smooth and simple processes. However, there is one function unavailable in the app that creates some difficulty: a lack of followers and following lists. Other than the ability to see how many followers you have and digging through your Notification Center, there is no way of seeing who follows you. As for your following list, there is no way of accessing that at all. Other than that and some glitchiness, this app is great.

I am so upset right now. I used to really love this app but one day it randomly signed me out. When I logged back in, all of my designs were completely gone and unrecoverable. I’m not sure how this happened. I still have all my old followers but all of my creations and archives are gone. I put so much work into those and used it for a lot of my work as well. I’m not sure if they advertise that when they log you out, that you lose all of your work but I’m unhappy right now as I haven’t seen anything about this on their app. Really a bummer and I’ll go back to using my other apps for collages.

I love the website, but on mobile all images have bad resolution, making it impossible to use.

Love the app & the community, it’s great for junk journal artists & collage artists alike. However, the app is prone to crashing & doesn’t always save your progress well (and the only way to save manually is to exit the piece you’re working on). This is worsened if the app needs an update & unfortunately there is no notification system when you open Landing that lets you know it’s time for an update. Been working on a piece for two hours, the app has crashed at least 4 times & this last time I lost over an hour of work. Turns out it was time for an update, but how would I have known unless I checked for an update every time I went to open the app?
