Grey Star moved us to this app recently and feels like someone’s college project they never finished. The most important section (pay bill) leads you to another log in most likely supported by another service because this one is terrible.
The app opens new windows inside the app instead of showing the information in the app. So you have to log in to the app then Log in to another account with the app. It’s horrible.
The billing/payment section works fine. Nothing else on the portal except for adds. Can’t see my work orders, can’t fill out a maintenance request, nothing else seems to function properly. But sure, they’ll let you give them money.
Truly is a shame my property transition to this app from one that had community forums, easy points of contact for the property, and easy portals to reserve spaces. This one is just pushy, doesn’t let you make partial payments, doesn’t let you contact your property directly AND has spelling and grammatical errors… Jesus. How did they mess this up so badly?
