This version of the app even after logging out will not allow you to upload images. Have to call support and email photos to get them to upload

Great for getting help but there’s technical difficulties

I’m grateful that this is helping people have access to healthcare. Whenever I go to schedule a appointment with a psychologist, it always has an error every time and so I have to call and I don’t like talking about those questions with someone on the phone. I would like to be able to do that through the app.

App won’t load

I’ve tried for a week to get the app to work on my Android. It says it knows I have an account and to login. But, the login just spins and spins. Tech support said they have a lot of calls about the app not working right now so just use the website. Not convienient at all. Not very good tech support. Pretty sad that I pay for this benefit from my employer and the app doesn’t work.
