So I really like the game, but I just went into it and then donāt have any of my keys and I canāt get to the next level, I have tried to close it out and start over but nothing works, I have also tried to reach out to the app support and I canāt get through to anyoneā¦very disappointed

Crashes at level 7 goes back to last point in level 6. Disappointed.
I actually find this game to be really soothing. I havenāt experienced the crashing that other people have, but one thing that is annoying is when youāre digging and close to the edge the pieces will fly out of the square and you canāt retrieve them. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoy this game
Iāve spent quite a bit of time enjoying this game and managed to get to level 178. But I had to get a new phone and the game would not transfer over. Instead it started me over at the beginning. I lost everything. The skins Iād purchased, progress, etc. The ārestore purchasesā button in the settings does absolutely nothing. Will probably delete as I have no desire to start all over again. Sadā¦
