Problems with the table of contents feature

I recently upgraded to Android 15pro and now the menu bar when you select a book is no longer there and I can’t select the chapter as before. I have to scroll to get where I want to read. I like having the reference guide which could link me to chapter and verse. I hope this gets fixed. Please let me know what I need to do. Also worried that if I uninstall I’ll have to pay again.

I ordered the App without ads and it is worth it. I love reading this. I just wished it has the voice to read out the words like the Apocrypha does. Overall, I’d give it a perfect 10!
