Where’s the support??

I am having a problem sharing. I found an email address and sent a message. It bounced. I wasted time again looking for some other was to contact them. I found something on your account page. You do this, do that, look here, go there. I want help now not next year. What’s the point of having a site like this only to pay and your on your own. Granted I only paid $1.04 on a promotion. That doesn’t matter though. They want people to pay but they don’t want to deliver. I’m glad I didn’t pay for a full membership. Don’t ask us to upgrade. Why would anyone want to upgrade only to get downgrade. You’re a terrible company that just screws people out of money. THEY WANT TO LEARN NOT GET SCREWED!!!

No issues here.

I’ve read some of the bad reviews and I am not having (nor ever had) any of those issues. I don’t know what membership type they have, but I am a premium member and the app works great on my Android and both iPads. Zero complaints from me.

Classes keep disappearing

Not happy. Can’t tell you how many classes that I have paid and keep disappearing. During transition, from blueprint back to Craftsy I believe most classes moved. But overtime classes disappearing from site. I use the app and .com site. Very very disappointed with happened to Craftsy overtime. Really liked them at the beginning but change since moving to blueprint. Now really not good.

What exactly do I get with my subscription? You won’t let me view actual classes. What a waste of time and money your site is!
