Cancellation issue

Hi, I canceled a recent class because I wanted to sign up for the later class, but Momence did not add the class back to my class count package so now I am unable to sign up for the later class. This happened in December too. I think there is a bug in the app.

Easy

Very easy to review. I like the site because it shows you pass bookings and who you were with, and also shows who you will be with for future bookings as well.

Not easy to use

The app is fine for finding and booking classes. But I have spent about a month and a half now trying to g to find a way to cancel my membership and close my account. It’s hidden. Clicking on support takes me to a site that talks about their support without actually letting me contact anyone. It’s frustrating.
