Adds little value. Just a manual log. That's it
It just does 3 things:
1. pulls your oxygen and heart rate data from Google health and shows it to you (which you can already do in Google health)
2. Allows you to manually type in heart rate and oxygen data (which you can already do in Google health)
3 allows you to measure heartbeat using the Android camera app (which other apps do for free)
So in sum. This is a total waste of storage space and no value to me. And it's a $10 subscription! Geez

Please tell me if I need to get or buy a blood oxygen test kit or can I measure it this way I have no idea .help me please?thanks

Very hard to understand how to measure blood oxygen levels. There’s not a test button for you to press. Sorry that I even bothered to download.
