Terrible app. Both the professional personal health ones. Tried to log in. Asks me for security questions I move never answered. Try to set up an account ask for code but they have no info to send a code. Chasing my tail.
No improvement here, unless you’re from another planet???! Spent 3 hrs trying to navigate this nightmare! Another reason for a Federal Healthcare System & less IT personnel that CAN write codes! Joe schmoo
You cant even use it. Like everyone else says, impossible to login.
Logging in is pretty much basic to an app. This one doesn’t let you login. Use a browser.
This is perhaps the worst patient portal I’ve ever experienced. It’s impossible to login nearly every time on Android and Mobile “login error” message. All I want to do is send a message to my doctor and this unfriendly platform will not let me send a message via the app nor the website. Getting logged in is a difficult task. Reading messages a challenge. Sending a message, well that’s impossible. The developers of this platform should be ashamed.
