This app is great for making sure you stay on track with your diet. Coach provides helpful tips and tricks to help avoid hunger pangs, while also providing an interface that keeps users interested in what "food stage" they are currently at - which can be really important when starting out small or going all-out! Plus the coaches have some great suggestions of foods so it’s not just another boring meal plan book where nothing tastes good anyways (no offense). The whole thing took me less than 10 minutes per day which isn't too hard since I'm busy as heck during holiday season.
This dietitian is amazing! I follow her plans now, my weight loss goals are within reach. The app provides me with great guidance because coach knows everything that goes into each meal or snack so there's no guesswork involved when trying new foods in order for you can maintain your goal via this program. When they have new promotions you have to pay for there is no way to click off the polio window unless you pay for it. I have paid for a plan that was supposed to be emailed to me months ago.. stop haven’t seen it. This app just comes up with different ways to show the same thing and get you to pay for it. I do not recommend
This app has being charging me 20 dollars each week and I didn’t even purchase it!
