Can’t play with friends on Android

The game is supposed to be a multiplayer game but actually isn’t. I love the stick war games but hate it when devs of multiplayer games ignore one platform completely. I got the game solely because my friend wanted me to play with him just for me to figure out that IOS is way behind on updates apparently, or the version is horridly mismatched because I can’t play with my friend who is on Android while I’m on IOS.
