Good but…
The results, when the app works are probably the best you can get without using software like Reality capture. Lidar still isnt ideal for creating accurate models. There are still a lot of bugs to be worked out but for what its worth its a pretty good app.

Worth its weight in gold
I have tried many apps that use the Android LiDAR sensor, and Polycam has the best multi-format export and web integration of all of them. You can capture a house or apartment, and with a Pro account, share that capture with anyone who can then create their own measurements in it. Super handy - saves a lot of time and back & forth.
