JBL should not have put their name on this app it does not work

App does not connect to your 1700$+ PA system. Issues have not been resolved and no one seems to want to help. I am 100% done with JBL.

Garbage

This app really needs to be upgraded. Terrible and unbelievably buggy. I would expect a company like JBL to not create something like this. The sliders don’t work. The reset buttons don’t work. Half of the buttons don’t consistently work. This creates a ton of stress and risk into using their products, calling them “professional”.

App needs work and can’t be relied on

Being a former owner of the original Eon One, I was excited to see an updated version with the MKII. The unit itself is great, the app, not so much. Volume faders work, then they don’t. App shows a mic is on, but it isn’t. I have to mute the channel, then unmute it, and then it works. EQ works, then it doesn’t. A person can’t be messing around trying to figure out why things are unresponsive during a live performance. I considered JBL to be top of the line for the past 50 years. Obviously that has changed. Please get someone who knows what they’re doing, to make this app function properly. PLEASE! REVIEW UPDATED AS OF 5/31 YAY! The recent app update is a HUGE improvement over the previous version! I won’t be gigging with the MKII until the weekend to see how it responds, but testing it out here at home it does everything I expect it to. Volume slides and eq settings actually respond smoothly! Thank you JBL. Now, just a small suggestion … find a way to put at least some basic metering in per channel. It would be a nice addition. Thanks again.

JBL connect pro app

7 months now last update for the mkII you’ve since added updates for newer models .. there are many unhappy users out there. Make it happen .. can we ask the CEO ??

Not user friendly

The sound system is great. The app is horrible. Mashing my finger on the tiny dot to adjust the volume is a pain. It takes several tries to get it to work. My finger also blocks the value for the volume so I have no idea what it is being changed to. The screens are not user friendly. It’s hard to figure out where to go to adjust the things I want to change. This app needs some serious work.
