I’m upset

I’m very upset. Every time I try to login with my Google ID it takes me to the screen of a hotel and a taxi keeps driving up stopping and that’s it it never loads the game. Please fix this. I now just lost all of my progress and have to start over again.

A problem

Hello, first of all I would like to tell how much I love and enjoy your game. However, right now I’m in Forest Lake’s 46th level and there’s a bug here. I have tried everything but still all of the characters just freeze and I can’t even pause the game. I would be so happy to continue playing this game. Please assist.

Ridiculous… fix the glitches guy

I just made a purchase that costs 1.99 for 55 diamonds. After purchasing it said “please wait…” got stuck on “please wait” and I did not receive my 55 diamonds but I was charged for them. This is not okay. Is there anyone we can contact? I contacted Google for a refund but they won’t know if I received the diamonds or not? so they’re not going to be able to do anything. I was charged $2 for diamonds and I want my diamonds!!
