This app is great for finding raid buddies and getting Pokémon you wouldn’t be able to obtain from your local raids. The problem is auto-joining. To auto-join costs coins, which you can get from logging on daily and doing other odd tasks, but for the most part you would pay for them. When you pay for coins so you can auto-join just to find out that the raid has ended or glitched and you can’t get your coins back, it’s infuriating.

Works fine up until a Raid Host screws up and forgets to send you a Raid Invitation, Then trying to find out how to get your lost coins refunded is impossible. The information does not exist within the app. There is no link to customer service. If there is, it’s buried deep inside the app. So if you decide to use this app be prepared to throw away some of your time and money.

I’ve wanted too do one raid I I sit waiting for hours and then the whole thing resets pointless hope it changes.

Worst app for Pokémon go raid. You have to pay to do any raids and the rooms get booked out as soon as they start. Poke genie is much better cause it’s free and everyone gets to raid guaranteed.

Impossible to do raids, to even join a lobby without trying 100 times to get lucky you have to pay money, and then even then you still aren’t guaranteed to get into the raid, but you will loose your money 100% with no way of refund, whole system is stupid, POKEGENIE is 100times better
