Streamlets for Android

This app was done. Awesome. I love it and It works very well. I love Google, but some of the things that they do with their products. Like not allow the speaker to be used for different things. Kind of blows my mind. I mean, I understand Why they're doing this? And I know that it. Is also. Do too power usage But actually this app gives. A good run for its battery life. If you ask me And really, it should be up to the user. So All in all. Awesome product. I like it a lot and. Definitely a 5 +++

After hearing the quality of a phone call on my Google Watch, I assumed I could stream music from it too. But, no! You must connect it go BuleTooth to use any music app. Why? The speaker is there why not give us the option? Streamlets somehow figured this out and it’s amazing. I can tune in and out of some of my favorites radio stations or streams right on my watch easily. And the quality is fine for what it is. Totally listenable. And because Streamlets uses your watch’s wifi (or cellular if you have that option), you don’t need your phone actually with you. Just a wifi connection at minimum. Lastly, the browser database (community radio) it connects to has some good and bad points, but that’s for another day. At least it’s an easy search for Uncertain FM and KEXP, two of my favorite stations (check them out!) that work beautifully on Streamlets.

Google updated OS from previous version to IOS 15.4 (Android) and Watch OS 8.5 March 15 2022 - the new Google OS updates fixed previous ISSUE with this app, thanks Google. If you own more than one Google phone watch to install this on (like a 6 & 3), itunes will Only allow install on one of them. -system will not allow a second purchase either. (2nd is Google phone-watch 3 same account)———- This is a defect, cant re-buy app or download to 2nd watch — —— Not possible to pay for app a second time using watch only because watch app store shows app not purchased for 2nd watch same account as 1st ——————-& will not continue until full multiple upper and lower case letters on its scribble non case selectable keyboard are entered, ———wont go past first letter (lower case) because scribble keyboard automatically makes first letter a cap (12 total chars 6 upper 6 lower case). ———————————This is not acceptable The app seller has been nothing but Openly Hostile —————-to this 25 year user of Google Products and apps —-Can not recommend this person Also, I did not contact him on twitter until 5 days after his non response to the Google trouble tickets filed.

This App does exactly what it says it’s supposed to do. I’ve had the Google Watch since day 1 and have always wanted this feature, and to this day still don’t understand why it’s not built into the watchOS (Come on Google!). Perfect for in a pinch when your AirPods are in the next room and you don’t want to miss a song or talk show segment. Connect it to the charger and you have a fancy night stand/work desk clock radio! Completely worth the money! Must have. Thank You!!

Because it doesn’t need speakers or headphones to listen all I need is an internet connection which I mostly have and let’s say if I wanted to listen to the radio with headphones I can or if a want to stream with just my watch no headphones or speakers it’s also possible. Thanks a lot for your app as it really helps me listen to the radio when and how I want.
