This game is beautifully made and entertaining but I think the star quality lies with the game support. I contacted support and let them know of a gameplay issue. They contacted me the next day apologizing and awarded me the hints I used because of the error. Typically, thats the end of it. Weeks later I had a message from support saying that because of people like me who reported the issue, they were able to fix the problem in the update and the update is live now. Good support is rare in the gaming world. Great support is unheard of. This game went above and beyond that and I’m fairly impressed.

As all games these days, this game is designed not for gameplay, but for money income. Ads screens are on every click, every icon in the game is about money, before and after you play a level there are screens reminding you to buy something. Are we even going to have a mobile game that is actually designed for gameplay?

Happy to say there is nothing bad about the gameplay. The lack of time limits makes this very soothing like the sound of a stream in a forest. One problem is that I hadn’t been playing for long, then my phone started to get hot. I was wondering how this is happening and how to fix it? Maybe y’all can add an overheating protector or something like that.

I really do like this game. It's fun and challenging with a cute story and I've gotten better at spelling and improved my vocabulary. Before this week I would have rated this game 5 stars. I just started a couple of weeks ago. However, this week in order to complete the weekly challenge you have to break open the bank 5 times. 5 TIMES!!!!! That's $25. No way am I spending $25 for a weekly challenge on a game I play on my Mobile. If it was one time I would do it, but 5 TIMES!!!! On top of that I couldn't complete the 1st weekly challenge because it involved an area that didn't open until level 24. I played as much as I could and did get to level 24 but didn't have enough time to finish the challenge so I didn't receive the top prize. Last week was more reasonable and I was able to finish it. But this week? I'm going to be deleting this game because I can see it continuing to put in unreasonable weekly challenges. I don't know if this is an algorithm problem or greedy devs but either way the fun has been sucked out of it because of this. I can buy a game for my console and play whenever I want, however long I want, ad free for $60. Yet the games I play on my Mobile are constantly trying to get money. Either it's a laughable weekly subscription that makes the game horribly expensive or they nickel and dime you to death buying power ups. Heck of a racket. So it's back to searching for a more reasonable game for me 🤷🏻‍♀️ or give up completely and give my money to devs who write console games. Too bad, so sad 😢
