Fun game but there’s a lot of micro transactions. You can’t really level up unless you spend money. Coins are almost impossible to get. Also the clans are basically useless. It has a lot of potential. If they added trading, gifting, rewards for clan rank, clan alliances, etc., it’d make it a lot better.
Not having arena mode is wild at this point. Honestly, fun run 3 has way better cosmetics, but this game has better gameplay. So all we’re missing at this point is arena and better cosmetics. Maps are lacking as well though. I’d prefer a rotation of all the maps rather than constantly having to play a couple. Also how can you charge $10 for a runners pass if it doesn’t equal to the value? Besides that, the gameplay is good and a step up from fun run 3.
I honestly loved fun run 2 and 3 but 4 just is to much. You have to really sweat to get 200 coins and 15 gems. And the people you go against that have way more power ups is not fair. I spend so much coins jus for 1 power up its highly expensive jus for 1 thing. I never even had more then 5000 coins and I played this game for 3 months it’s ridiculous.
I’ve played the original fun run back when I was in middle-highschool. It’s always been a game I’ve loved, but I haven’t played it for years until now. It’s very addicting and fun! I love the fast pace and simplicity of game play. It looks a lot more polished now than it used to. However, there is a paywall for a lot of the content which is very frustrating. You can’t get alot of coins/gems just from playing. Unlike games that reward you for just playing and winning, you only really get EXP and event tokens after playing rounds. You will have to play numerous times before being able to actually unlock anything. I highly suggest they make it where it is easier to get coins and gems. Creating daily chests, winning bonuses, coin bought chests, etc., is a great way to do that. It’s also a little frustrating when you’re going against people that have more special power ups than you. I wish their match making was better in a way that it’s not just based on trophies, but also what power ups the player has available.
