How to Unsubscribe!

After downloading the app and not being able to figure out how to unsubscribe from the free trial before I was charged, I called Google. They told me to open the settings app on my phone, click my name at the top of the screen, go to subscriptions, click on the app, and cancel from there. Thanks to Google I won’t be charged for an app that didn’t even show me Christmas lights in my area. Hope this helps!

Do not use! Impossible to unsubscribe/cancel!!!!

Tried the app because it said free three day trial, the nearest “lights” on the list were over an hour away. I have searched the entire app for contact information to cancel and it is impossible!!

There are plenty of other Christmas light apps that don’t trick you into downloading for free and then charge you $30 for the year without any warning. Reported to Google. Save your money by using another honest app. Would give zero stars.

Don’t download

Don’t download. When realizing it wasn’t “free” after clicking “start FREE trial,” I immediately cancelled the subscription, I was still charged $29.99. What am I paying $29.99 for? There is also no one to contact. 😠

Stealing your money

You are automatically subscribed for 1 week at $8.99 that renews weekly. But in the subscription section, you can change it to 1 month for only $1.49. Not to mention the fact that the app is so glitchy. This is a disgraceful app that I wish Google would remove from the App Store.
