Sayaka’s investigation, trial won’t start

I’m currently stuck just before Sayaka’s trial is supposed to begin. I have all 18 truth bullets and I’ve gone around and talked to every character and it still won’t start my trial. I dont know if this is a bug or something but I would be so grateful if someone could please get back to me on what I should do.
