Crashes constantly

Why did this new update wipe out my whole game I have to start all over?

What the heck!

After the maintenance something happened to my account and when I typed in my nickname it said duplicate nickname exists so I made a new account and tried to link my Google ID it said Google ID in use but when I went to the title screen it accepted my Google ID . I do not know what is going on please help.
