Poor design

Poorly designed, not user friendly, wellness rewards unsupported in the app and extremely small on the website when using a mobile device.

What a mess

Hard to navigate, can’t make appointments, can’t do things like see an EOB without leaving the app and entering a browser. Almost useless for what I need to do.

Takes you outside App

I don’t understand why you take me out of the app to your website that is so small it is almost unreadable. Your customer service never responds. Not sure why you think this is an improvement.
