Nothing works. Period. Plus if you want to “try” to do live video on a phone, you have to connect Wi-Fi to the device, which then of course ruins everything else you’re doing with your phone in the car. Going to delete the app just pull the memory card if I need anything from it.

What the camera specifically because it had an easy access app to the videos. The app is absolute garbage as is the camera since you can’t get tattoo to link up when you need to. If that you cannot work together then it is absolutely useless to most people. I will be taking the camera back to the store and I advise anyone thinking of buying a camera or radar detector where you would require the use of the app, do not buy this garbage
I’m not sure if my Cobra SC201 is any good because the Drive Smarter app is absolutely worthless and makes it almost impossible to pull videos from the dash cam. The tech support hours are only M-F from 9:00 to 5:00, which makes it difficult to contact since those are during my work hours. I tried emailing support but haven’t received anything back after 48 hours, not even a confirmation email. I am returning my dash cam and never purchasing another Cobra product again.
I have the eacort ix radar detector with the attached m2 dash. I’ve only once been able to take video off the app and save it to my phone radar has always been awesome and the camera is amazing quality. However the app Drivesmarter that supports the m2 camera is absolutely garbage and never works unfortunately. I have nothing wrong with escort the company but who ever hosts the drivesmarter app for them need to do an app overhaul or something. I should have listened to the reviews when purchasing the m2, camera is great quality but I can’t get the vids off the app. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!! Should have just stuck with the m1 camera with lesser quality. Escort I believe hosts their own app for the m1 and the app has much better reviews. Both companies are losing out on money because of this poor app. PLEASE OVERHAUL THE APP OR FIX EVERYTHING!!!!!!!
