Simple Comic for Android

No bells and whistles, just open a CBR or CBZ file and flip through it like a book. Want better control? On a Android somply unzip the archive and view in PREVIEW app. They could add the ability to export in other preferred formats, like PDF, but there are other tools for that.

I tried to open a file on version 1.9 and nothing happens. The older Simple Comic by Dancing Tortoise Software website are able to open comic book archives just fine.

Let me know if it's just me. but all cbr/cbz files in the Finder (Monterey) are the same highly uninformative Simple Comic document icon. Please display cover art in the finder by default without having to quick look. This deficiency is serious enough to drop an otherwise five star app down to two, imho. Will gladly change to five stars when I see comic book covers in finder windows.

I loved the old version of this app back in the day and I'm so grateful for this new version here on the App Store. Everything it does, it does well. The new Vision Framework adds another layer of awesome to this app. Thanks to everyone involved. Y'all deserve a mint copy of Fantastic Four #1.

Only used it so far to read one comic I bought on Humble Bundle. Despite the bad reviews, works great on my older MBP running Catalina. Love how I can make the page nice and big and how I can make it take up the entire screen. Good job on development. Thanks.
