Can’t control the charger

The app pairs the charger with my phone, then the connection just drops, even though I’m getting full Wi-Fi signals and am standing three feet from the charger. Stupid! Can’t make any changes to the charger settings, such as the most important deal of raising the allowable amperage to 48 amps. Nuts!

Sort of talks to the Charge Station

Good: the app allows you to pair with the charge station and incorporate the charger into your FordPass app. Bad: the app gives spinning pinwheel of death and freezes when you go to the ‘about’ tab.
