Ace Hardware for Android

We’ve been Ace reward members for years & really like the stores. But forget to bring the rewards coupons when I go to our neighborhood store. So I downloaded the app, expecting to get a $5 reward when I connected our account. Just like the flyer they sent me said. But the app could not connect our existing account as I did not have the account number with me. So it set up a new account, even though I’d given it the phone number I always give in the store. And no $5 reward. The next day, I found the number of the original account & thought I’d just cancel the new account & connect the old account in the app. No such luck. When I tried to cancel the new account, it routed me to a page on Ace’s website about deleting personal data. I completed that & was told a team member would look over my request to remove data & get back to me. What a mess! Better to stick with the paper coupons.

Great staff and very helpful. Wow! Has times changed. This is not the Ace that I grew up with for sure. Nothing bad in the past but believe it or not my wife enjoys shopping there due to all of the merchandise improvements.

This review is about the Ace Hardware Store located in Town n Country Tampa Florida … I have been shopping at this store for years and ALWAYS each employee is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. You most often find the owners in the store greeting customers and working right along side the employees. It’s rare to get such OUTSTANDING service on a continuous basis…
