Just plain bad

One of the purposes of having such an app is to be able to control your cameras, either remotely (while on your local network or via an external network). The main purpose for this is to respond to notifications such as motion or trip wires. With this app it’s a crap shoot. You get a notification on your phone and respond to it. Some times the app crashes, other times the app will sit there trying to connect to the camera and if you are fortunate it may work. This app is not dependable and for the most part useless when responding to an alert. My setup has a few PTZ cameras and controlling them with any accuracy is impossible. Zooming or moving the camera the response is slow. Mind you I am on my local network. The same network the NVR is connected to. If you are connected locally and this is still using a cloud relay service, the developer should redesign this thing. Right now it is useless.

Unable to Sort out Clients

Good App however VERY DIFFICULT to find & modify a client because unable to sort out by Name etc.

Unfortunately stuck with this

My husband bought this and the cameras. Total waste of money. The app is impossible to understand and poorly designed. It’s completely and needlessly cumbersome. Wish I could get out money back.
