It won’t let me create an account to use printer with keeps saying try again

For some reason WalkPrint doesn’t work for me. I tap on it and it loads but then it crashes.

I have installed the app and have the icon on my phone but when selected it immediately closes again? Won’t pair to printer? I have an Android 6s and 12.5 OS. What am I doing wrong? Very frustrated, planned to use for school notes.

The ink fades in like less than a day and I just don’t think it’s worth it

First of all, to address other negative reviews, this is a thermal printer. All thermal printers are black & white. It uses heat rather than ink to create the image on the paper. Moving along, here are a few things about the app. General: The app allows you to choose between several preset templates or create custom documents. You can change sizes, styles and fonts of text, import files and personal photos, use the app’s included clip art / stickers / shapes, etc… and edit their size, brightness and orientation, create banners, print webpages and so on. I will say the included pictures and clip art are sort of randomly scattered throughout the app, but it’s otherwise very straightforward, easy to navigate and very user friendly. Additional notes: •When printing you have the option to change the darkness of the ink. •There is an option to print a timestamp on each entry. That can be toggled on or off, but “on” was the default setting on mine. •If you lose the instructions, you can find them right there in the app. Tip for setting up Bluetooth: My phone would not recognize / find the printer when it was searching for it, despite the blinking light on the printer and my Bluetooth being on. The instructions say to open the app and go to “my printers”. I did this and it immediately connected and worked perfectly. Issues: The only issue with the app is the fact that I cannot “sketch” anything under the sketch option. It just gives me options to import stuff, but there are no drawing tools. Other than that, this app exceeds my expectations. I was tempted to give it 4 stars on account of the missing sketch option and somewhat disorganized clip art in the various menus, but for the price, this printer and app combo is great! I’ve never used a Chinese made app that is so simple, clear and user friendly in English. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
