UI/UX is deplorable

Ignoring the fact that the app is currently broken and does nothing right now… this app has great underlying data and capability. Unfortunately it is ruined by the UI. The developer needs to hire some fresh creatives with full dictatorial authority to Marie Kondo the entire UI/UX and make it minimalistic and useable.

Bad UI

Useful program trapped behind a terrible UI. I've just spent several minutes trying to enter my percentage charge... except the UI closes whenever you enter a digit. Surprisingly bad.

Ignores PHEVs

When you go to choose your vehicle you won't see any PHEVs on the list. Interesting choice on the part of the developers.

UI is extremely slow and unresponsive and impossible to submit feedback

I have been a paid subscriber of the app for more than a year but when I tried to use the feedback link on the app to try and report this issue that I noticed recently I was thoroughly frustrated by their system which actually made sure I wasn’t able to submit feedback. I am forced to submit this feedback and will cancel my subscription.

Great app but it could be improve for CarPlay

I love the app, especially when coupled with a OBD to get accurate data. It would be great if it could take better advantage of CarPlay. It doesn’t show up in the widget view of car play (when swiping to the left panel), like other navigation app (Google maps, google maps, waze). The UI by itself take a bit to get used to but then works really well.
