2. Let the Sleep Trainer app inform your kids when it's "time to rise" and when it's time to stay in bed.
3. While it's time to sleep the app will display a soothing BLUE colored scene.
4. When it's time to wake up the scene will turn GREEN, informing your child that it's now time to get out of bed.
5. And it worked! Now I get all the sleep I need and my kids stay on schedule.
