Despicable

How can you sell such an amazing speaker but can’t fix an app, it’s been over a year and i still can’t connect my Android to the speaker using this app, how am i supposed to update my speakers software if i can’t connect it to the app, I’m a huge LG fan so I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with the disservice we the customers are getting with this app and noone on the other side seems to care, save your money and buy a Sony or JBL instead they don’t have these simple to fix issues and don’t ignore it.
