I cannot review the game itself if I cannot even get it to finish downloading.

The Game is fun the only complaint I have is the ads are really annoying and the fact that you have to pay $5 a month to get rid of them is absolutely ridiculous I would consider a one-time $5 fee to get rid of them like mostly every other game I’ve seen there is no way in he** that I'm going to pay $5 every month for ad free game and that oh and that stupid marshmallow looking guy is a jerk and a cheater lol 😂 but I definitely recommend this game

I love the game but It said I had found a treasure and if I wanted to claim I had to watch a ad so I did but the after the super long and boring ad it didn’t give me anything, so basically I lost a minute of my life

The latest “upgrade” introduced tons more ads in the guise of getting “free” stuff. I PAY EXTRA FOR AN AD-FREE VERSION, but in the “new update” I have to opt out of 10-12 of these pop-ups every session. Very annoying. Worse, it’s slowed the game down tremendously and often freezes the game. As for cost, the jewels requires to swap letters are ridiculously expensive. Each costs about 0.025 cents. Not much? Wrong. It takes 10 - a US quarter dollar - for each exchange. This is at least double the cost in any other word game I have played. And the “rewards” for daily challenges are just 3 or 4 jewels - not enough for a single tile swap. Emails to tech support have twice gone unanswered. I think my rating is overly generous considering how much the game has detetiorated recently. The developer responded to this review suggesting I buy the ad-free version despite the review clearly stating I already pay extra EVERY MONTH for what is supposed to be an ad-free version. It costs more to subscribe to the “ad free” version than to subscribe to Google+ streaming TV, and I still get ads. DEFINITELY not worth the price. Got a SECOND response from the developer asking me to “update” this review - by which they mean stop telling the truth that their new advots have ruined the game by slowing things down and causing frequent freezes. I pay to opt out of ads, but they’ve added two new kinds of ads I can’t avoid: “treasure boxes” (pop-ups promising a prize for watching an ad) and the “want a free card” (if you watch an ad) that stop you from opting out of card packs you have already teceived. The second response to this review instructed me to send email to tech support - something the original review noted that I have done twice with no response. The only thing I’d change would be to lower the star rating since it’s obvious this developer doesn’t bother reading reviews before pressuring paying customers to “update” negative truths. If they fixed their adbots, they’d not have the complaints common of the user forum of Facebook or here.

Love the game, would give it 5 stars if I hadn’t seen the same ads 3333 times. Too many adds.
