Issues with Facebook account

Update: I emailed again my information with screenshot proof. Hopefully it doesn’t take long for them to get back this time. I still never got a reply on my last email ages ago. I’m disappointed it took them two months to reply here and never got a reply back on my initial email. My subscription is running out and it is being wasted on slow customer service. I enjoyed this game a lot and am subscribed. However I cannot log into my Facebook account anymore so I cannot continue all my progress. It says something about it being in development mode and my account is not a test account and need authorization. I sent email asking for help and got no reply. Scam if they don't recover my account since I paid for subscription. Loved this app unfortunately.

This is the best Nonogram app !

Game mechanics are the most fun and challenging out of all of them I’ve tried. The little pictures are adorable, and the bigger pictures are really challenging and satisfying when you finally finish it. The colors are really pretty too ! Great app !!!
