The reason for the review is due to the lack of usage information that the application provides. For example, I live in an apartment and sometimes I like to turn on the heater or use some electrical appliances, but the biggest takeaway is no real time usage. I’m hoping PGE can find some way to do this for their consumers because PG&E, SDGE, and other places are able to do it.

Just downloaded this and had no problem logging in. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t budge past the login screen. Seems pretty useless. I’ll be deleting it pronto!

Fir almost a week it shows my power as being out. It isn’t, but what good us that if I am not at home and think things are spoiling?

I try to go into this app once a month and it seems that there’s always an ‘update’ it forces me to make. I normally avoid updates in general since I know that there’s a good chance they screw something up, but this app forces you to make them. Shockingly, after I updated the app today it wouldn’t let me type in my password properly - not good. I won’t be using this app again. //// Review update: worst app ever. Just tried signing in again for the first time in months (of course I had to update the app first.) Asked me if I wanted a bunch of notifications — I don’t care, I just wanted to check something real quick. After I get through the tedious list of notifications, the app won’t load.
