I like it but I don’t love it

So I just got the Android 10 and I wanted a cool wallpaper. I saw this ad and thought it would be cool for my Home Screen. I downloaded the app and loved that it showed the ones that took money. I also loved the selection of backgrounds. But when I put the background on my phone it didn’t move. That is something that definitely needs to be fixed. But I do love the effort that went into this app.
