Game won’t get past loading screen

I’ve played this game before but along time ago so I wanted to get back into it but I can never make it past the loading screen it just stays on the loading screen

Awesome game except for one thing that’s REALLY ANNOYING

I normally don’t write reviews but I see that the developers pay attention so I felt like I should return the favor because this is one of my all time favorite games! I’m not having any trouble and my game progress is such that I enjoy advancing and it keeps me interested. The story line is good and I like the numerous events. My ONLY complaint is that the tutorial plays on EVERY event!! I can probably recite it from memory and I dread logging in to each new event because of that tutorial!! I saw it once, I could even understand twice, and that’s enough I don’t need it again!!!

for about an hour i played and it was great. and then i closed the app to go do some things. around two hours later every time i open the app my phone goes grey and then closes the app. i deleted the app and redownloaded it which seemed to work well. and then it did the same thing
