Craig BT Tracker for Android

The Craig glob goes off when out of range with the Bluetooth, thus making this useless to me!

I always lose my keys. This product and app help me out tremendously! Zero complaints!

When Bluetooth disconnects from key tag, the alarm goes off. There is a setting that you can “turn on or off alarm beeping when Bluetooth is disconnected.” It does not work and won’t stop beeping PLEASE fix because this I love this gadget.

If you close apps on your phone, with this product, it will cause the tracker to keep beeping which makes this product useless. I had to shut the tracker off which defeats the purpose. If the developers could fix this issue and not have the tracker go off if you close the app I would definitely change my rating, but right now I can’t use it at all. I would give the product zero stars if I could and will be returning all the others I had bought as gifts for family if this issue is not fixed soon. Seems to be a great product otherwise. I just cannot have apps open all the time on my phone, it kills the battery to quickly.

There’s a setting for alarm when blue tooth disconnected and I think that’s only for the phone. It REALLY needs one for the tracker itself. If the phone is away from trackers then the trackers beep. For example: I stop at a rest area, and leave phone in car. While I’m going to the bathroom the tracker beeps constantly in my pocket. I have to tell others in bathroom that I’m not going to blow up, it’s just my stupid key tracker. Another is I have two trackers. I leave with one tracker and my phone. The other keeps beeping at the house driving everyone nuts. Other than that it seems to work great but this “feature” is a pain.
