Simpler user interface. Nicer clean look and it does what it suppose to. Personally, I prefer BigAss to add Google HomeKit and Siri support so Google’s HOME app can control the fans. I will say that BigAss support where there when we needed help even after warranty and replaced a bad part with no charge. That itself worth the much higher price of the Haiku fans — but they’ll have to build Google Home support if they want to keep up.
I have 3 i6 fans and 2 Haikus. They are all stylish looking, quiet, and extremely functional. Great engineering!
Love the new app connectivity with my fans. Solid connection. Clean interface. Works great with Alexa.
This app is so much better than the original app you used to have to use. That one couldn’t find the fan half the time and sometimes the commands didn’t happen. This one opens quickly, very simple and user friendly, while also addressing all ceiling fan needs. This is one of the easier smart appliance/utility apps I have. It’s also a sleek user interface. Some of the other apps need to take note of what they’ve done with this.
It’s one of those apps that works just like it’s supposed to. Granted it’s only turning on/off fans and lights, but I’ve never had any issues and very responsive. The fans themselves are amazing and beautiful. I have an i6, es6, haiku and haiku L and they all move air great, looks sleek and snazzy and are whisper quiet. If my wife would let me I’d put one of these fans in every room in the house even the closets.
