Don’t sign up for the FREE trial, it’s false advertising. They automatically charge your account and sign you up for reoccurring billing. Since you sign up for the “free” trial there is no way to cancel the subscription, you need to speak with a representative which takes awhile only to be told they sent your request to someone else. They have an F rating on the better business bureau website. Don’t waste the time and energy especially when there are better more reputable companies that can assist you!

Please change back to the original meal tracking system. I have a hard time finding which meals I ate and it was much simpler before.

I downloaded this app a while ago. I couldn’t afford the app anymore so I canceled my subscription, almost a year ago, yet I’m still being charged. I keep trying to email support but the email keeps failing. I’ve had to put a stop payment so I’m still paying for an app I don’t even have anymore.

I signed up for a subscription at a discounted rate for 6 months. The first time I opened the app, no issues. However the very next day, I wasn’t able to scroll through the tracker screen and then when I opened the app later, it prompts me to log food and nothing else. I am unable to navigate to other places on the app and can’t even get out of the food log unless I close the app. And again when I open it, it will only allow me to log food. I haven’t even had a chance to browse through the app because of this issue. I did contact support and asked them to cancel my subscription they day after subscribing. They told me my subscription would not be auto renewed after my current subscription expires and I have yet to receive email confirmation of that. A waste of $59 in my opinion.

I downloaded the app and of course had to pay for a quarterly membership. I used it for about a week and realized it wasn’t for me so I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. Now they charged me again. I’ve disputed it but still no refund. Customer service referred me to their refund policy, which states you have to provide prof that you used the app. How ridiculous is that? Save your money, this company is a scam.
